About the Role

Join Swiss Rise Solutions as we grow! We're looking for an experienced Java Developer with ActivePivot/Atoti expertise to work on high-impact projects for major financial institutions. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a young, specialized consultancy from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Design and implement data analytics solutions using ActivePivot/Atoti

Develop custom aggregation functions and data models for financial use cases

Optimize query performance and memory efficiency

Collaborate directly with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Contribute to building best practices and technical documentation

Work autonomously on client projects with direct ownership

Requirements

3+ years of professional Java development experience

Hands-on experience with ActivePivot/Atoti framework

Strong understanding of multithreading and concurrent programming

Proficiency in SQL and database optimization

Experience in financial services (Market Risk, Credit Risk, or similar)

Self-motivated with excellent communication skills

Fluent in English; German or French is a strong plus
